The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to the Law "On Adoption of Resolutions concerning Allocation, Design, Construction of Nuclear Installations and Objects designated for Treatment of Nuclear Waste of National Relevance" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.3562) introduces amendments to the effective Law that specify the mechanism of adopting resolutions concerning approval of allocation of nuclear installations and objects at certain territories, prolongation of service life of operating nuclear installations and objects designated for treatment of nuclear waste of national relevance, the conduct of consultative poll (consultative referendum), etc.
